What we collect when you report
When you submit feedback from the app, Big Picture Money includes a small set of non-sensitive diagnostics so maintainers can reproduce problems. You can review everything on the review screen before submit.
Diagnostics you can review

Your contact email
Your email is required. Big Picture Money stores it so maintainers can follow up. It is not posted on the public feedback page.
What is never collected automatically
- Your passphrase or unlock state
- Account names, balances, or transaction text
- Your database file path
- API keys, bank credentials, or license keys
- Full transaction exports

Copy diagnostics
You can copy the diagnostics block to paste into an email. The copied text includes the same non-sensitive fields shown on the review screen — never account or transaction details.
